Bebidas para o Ano Novo – Sugestões de coquetéis com espumante

 

Para comemorar a entrada de 2010, além das bebidas tradicionais, como Champagner e espumantes, também podem ser servidos coquetéis interessantes aos convidados com base em Champagner ou espumantes, Cava e etc..., conforme as sugestões abaixo.  Divirta-se preparando os coquetéis. Feliz Ano Novo!

 

BLACK PEARL

  • 2 colheres de licor de café
  • 2 colheres de Conhaque
  • 8 colheres de Champagner gelada

Misturar o licor de café com o conhaque com algumas pedras de gelo e colocar na taça de champagner, sem o gelo. Completar com Champagner ou espumante. Decorar com uma cereja.

RED KISS

  • 2 colheres de Rum (escuro)
  • 2 colheres de Cherry Brandy
  • 2 colheres de suco de abacaxi
  • 6 colheres de Champagner gelada
Colocar todos os ingredientes no Shaker ou coqueteleira, sem a Champagner, com algumas pedras de gelo e misturar. Colocar na taça de champagner, sem o gelo. Completar com Champagner ou espumante. Decorar com uma cereja.

MOULIN ROUGE

  • 2 colheres de Brandy de Apricot
  • 2 colher de Gin
  • 2 colheres de suco de limão
  • 1 colher de Grenadine
  • 10 colheres de Champagner gelada
Colocar todos os ingredientes no Shaker ou coqueteleira, sem a Champagner, com algumas pedras de gelo e misturar. Colocar na taça de champagner, sem o gelo. Completar com Champagner ou espumante. Decorar com uma cereja e uma metade de fatia de laranja.

KIR ROYAL

  • 1 colher de  Licor de Cassis
  • 10 colheres de Champagner gelada
Colocar o licor na taça de Champagner e completar com a Champagner. O Kir Royal gilt é um dos clássicos entre os coquetéis com Champagner.

CHAMPAGNER COCKTAIL

  • 2 colheres de Cointreau
  • 2 colheres de Conhaque
  • Champagner gelada
Adicionar ao Cointreau e ao Conhaque algumas pedras de gelo e misturar. Colocar na taça de champagner, sem o gelo. Completar com Champagner ou espumante.

RITZ

  • 2 colheres de Cointreau
  • 2 colheres de Conhaque
  • 2 colheres de suco de laranja
  • Champagner gelada
Adicionar ao Cointreau, Conhaque e suco de laranja algumas pedras de gelo.   Colocar na taça de champagner, sem o gelo. Completar com Champagner ou espumante.
